The image on the screen before a photo is taken is slightly smaller than the actual image saved. This creates issues when our team members are dealing with large product and they're trying to keep the photography station in frame. Leading to photographs that need to be cropped instead of initially just taken without unwanted backgound.
In the attached example photo the left and right exterior lines were aligned perfectly with the edge of the image on the screen, but when saved you can see there's about a half an inch added to both sides. It was taken at about 12" distance with no zoom. On our 4' wide photostation with pictures taken about 5' away there is about an extra 6" on either side.
I've added an additional picture of one of our photo stations. The left and right outside edges were not in frame when the photo was being taken.
