Manually Reset User's MFA Method
We've added a tool for Admin users to reset an individual teammate's Multi-factor authentication method.
Admin users can navigate to Settings > Teammates, then click on a specific user who needs to reset the MFA method.
- Click the orange "Reset MFA" button at the bottom of the Edit Teammate page
- Click the green "Reset MFA" button in the pop-up to confirm the selection
- Click the blue "Update teammate" button
Resetting MFA will require the user to set up MFA again on their next login.
