Feature Requests

The notes feature is awesome. It would be extremely helpful to be able to see them when on the page to select category and listing strategy. We cannot see them until actually listing.

I believe adding a unified search bar at the top of Upright Lister would greatly simplify locating items. This search would allow users to find listings using Item ID, ShopGoodwill ID, Order Number, or Item Title all in one place—eliminating the need to navigate multiple separate search options. This is especially helpful for users who may be unsure where to search. It would improve efficiency and accuracy by making item lookups faster and more intuitive.

To view all active inventory on all marketplaces on one report instead of filtering out sold/unsold/pending/etc. columns and combining multiple reports to find data.

The Express Listing is a great feature but would benefit with having the option to select No Combined Shipping for bigger items and the option to Save and Print like regular listing. Also a section to Feature an Item and change the other attributes like handling and shipping prices.

Show the year on the manifest listing to allow sorting and selection by the date of creation, update, etc.

One of our supplier stores accidentally overwrote the auto-generated SKUs with item titles on some of their manifests. The SKUs were descriptive words like "silverware" or "clarinet", and as a result, when the barcodes with these SKUs are scanned, every silverware or clarinet listing we've ever had comes up in the scan results. It is possible to fix these one-by-one, but it would be nice to be able to prevent this from happening by having an option to disable overwriting.

Part of the Critical Performance Factors for our photographers is the number of items they photograph per day. At our electronics station, the person responsible for resetting and wiping down the items takes a photo of the item powered on and reset before placing it on a rack for photography. The photographers then complete the remaining photos for the listing. However, because the first photo is taken by the electronics team member, the photographer does not receive credit for photographing the item. As you can imagine, this is causing concerns among the photographers. Is there a way to ensure that credit is assigned whenever a photo is taken for an item? Could this be an adjustable setting? Ideally, the electronics team member would receive credit for their photo (even though it is not part of their performance metric), while the photographer would receive credit for the rest (which is part of their performance metric).

It would be great to be able to filter a manifest search by the Manifest State, Date, Accepted, Rejected, and a wider scope for a "Filter by barcode or title" search.

I have a heavy items listing strategy and would like the do not combine shipping option to apply to all of the without having to click the button every time.

We would love to be able to put default "not able to combine" to certain categories in our settings
