Currently, when looking at the top 50 items, you can filter by lister and supplier but that is it. For those that sell on multiple marketplace platforms, it would be great if we could also filter by a specific marketplace.

Staff visibility into personalized progress towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals based on each role type. Each individual contributor will see target numbers for assigned tasks, real-time updates on progress, and comparative historical data to track long-term growth. Managers and team leaders will have at-a-glance insight to individual productivity data across the team to make quick adjustments with big impact. Key areas to be addressed: • Admin goal setting for individual roles • Personalized data visualizations across roles • Manager-level insight across team performance • Historical comparison of individual performance

We would like to request a feature that tracks an item from the time it is photographed. If the item has not been listed within a certain timeframe (such as 30 days), the system would send an alert to the appropriate user or manager. This would help prevent items from falling through the cracks and sitting on shelves without ever being listed or recycled. It would be especially helpful when training new employees or when management cannot closely monitor the process, as it could identify items that were photographed but never listed, tagged incorrectly, or missed entirely. Ideally, the alert would include the item ID, date/time photographed, employee, and current status so the issue can be quickly identified and resolved.

Updates to the Link mobile app and a brand new workflow, designed to eliminate bottlenecks and make manifesting more agile and approachable are coming in 2026. Generate a digital footprint of sourced items to be sent to e-commerce complete with granular product data and attribution reporting. Key areas to be addressed: • Product sourcing attribution to individual staff • Itemized manifest lists • Pre-transit acceptance decisions

Increase revenue potential and impact sell through rates with improved product images. Easily remove backgrounds for cleaner aesthetics and better performing listings. Upgraded image editing tools will make listing products more efficient. Key areas to be addressed: • Lister image editing • Image background removal

Since the Authentication Manager is already captured within the manifest, it would be helpful if this data could be exported as a CSV or Excel file. This would allow us to track how many products are authenticated on a given day. While some items may not be completed on the same day they are submitted, having a record that shows when authentication was submitted would still provide useful visibility into overall activity. This type of tracking would help measure the effectiveness and productivity of individuals performing authentication. It would also complement Entrupy reports, which are typically instantaneous, by providing a broader view of authentication output and daily throughput for each team member.

List products 5x faster with a new listing workflow. Providing a more efficient layout, “Express List” is already reporting faster time to list metrics compared to the existing listing workflow. Express list is designed to: reduce scrolling, make listing details more clear, and reduce listing errors. Key areas to be addressed: • Improved listing workflow • Combining marketplace product attributes with builder templates • Reducing listing time • Responsive layout

It would be great if we could generate various sell through reports. For example: By Supplier - so we can see how each store/supplier is doing, even better if we could also work this to include categories. Then we can see if a store is on track for what they are sending. By Processor/Sorter - for locations where the person who accepts the item is not the same as the person who lists it, this would be helpful to see who needs to improve on what they are accepting. This might also be helpful by category to see if someone is not as proficient in some item categories but does well in others. By Lister - Similar to the processor one, but it could be helpful to see if a lister needs to improve how they create their listings/the information they provide. Being able to generate some reports where we could customize what we want to generate might be helpful in general.

Would be awesome if we had dashboards just for posters, manifest processors and shippers that showed stats based on their performance (like the admin home page)! What stats would you like to see?

When selecting No Combined Shipping, add wording the description that says this listing cannot be combined with other items. This would make it transparent to customers that the selected item has a No Combined Shipping tag and cannot be used for a combined shipping rate.
