Part of the Critical Performance Factors for our photographers is the number of items they photograph per day. At our electronics station, the person responsible for resetting and wiping down the items takes a photo of the item powered on and reset before placing it on a rack for photography. The photographers then complete the remaining photos for the listing. However, because the first photo is taken by the electronics team member, the photographer does not receive credit for photographing the item. As you can imagine, this is causing concerns among the photographers. Is there a way to ensure that credit is assigned whenever a photo is taken for an item? Could this be an adjustable setting? Ideally, the electronics team member would receive credit for their photo (even though it is not part of their performance metric), while the photographer would receive credit for the rest (which is part of their performance metric).
