I have a heavy items listing strategy and would like the do not combine shipping option to apply to all of the without having to click the button every time.

Add option to default "do not combine shipping" to certain categories or strategies. For example, we have a "Bulky/Fragile" strategy that we would like it to auto apply every time without having to click it.

And/or have a switch on each of the strategy steps to turn combining on/off. to work around Buy It Now items not being combinable.

This would be ideal especially if you are using or have a Buy It Now strategy, especially since Buy It Now items cannot be combined for shipment anyway per shopgoodwill.com policy.

George Grasso likewise eBay won't let you combine BIN items. Be good if we could have a switch for controlling combining based on listing strategy step.
