Upright Books now allows users to change a unit’s warehouse status without having to reach out to support for assistance.
What This Means for You
- In the event that an available book is no longer available, you can update the status of the inventory unit (UID) from “available” or “committed” to “not found.”
- If you later locate the book and want to restock it, you can change the status from “not found” to "available."
How It Works
- Navigate to the Product in Upright Lister
- Click on “Edit” located at the bottom of the product drawer
- Scroll down to the Inventory Units section
- Locate the UID that you want to update
- Here you have options to edit the Location, Supplier, and the Warehouse Status
- Click “Save” in the upper right corner after making any changes
