Better Handling of Partially Shipped Orders

There are instances or workflows where we'd like to ship out partial orders before all items in an order are found/packed. Currently, Lister doesn't preserve that information through the full packing and shipping process.
- An item marked "Not Found" will appear in the "Not Found" tab of the orders manager. These items are then no longer available in pick lists.
- Once that order goes through Pack Mode, the packer has to verify all items and remove any that aren't present. This overwrites the item's "Not Found" status with "Removed", which results in the item no longer appearing on the Lister "Not Found" list.
- If the order then goes to ship, as soon as a label is purchased, all items are marked as "Packed" and the whole order is marked as "Fulfilled"
This results in no visibility for items which are still 'Not Found', nor Partially vs Fully fulfilled orders.

We would like to be able to look at an order and see which items have already been shipped, and which have not. We are currently not using the packing feature. In Neatoscan, we had the ability to see which items were not yet sent to the customer in the order page. Can we please have this added.
