Different Status for Awaiting Shipping vs Awaiting Pickup
When auditing a location, we're using a laptop & scanner. When we scan the item and it comes up as "Paid", there is no quick or easy way to determine if it needs to go to shipping or if it's waiting for a pickup customer. Currently, we're having to copy the order number & paste it into SGW to find out. It's very inefficient and time consuming. Same when we're looking at orders reports. I know we can sort by fulfillment type but when just looking at the report overall, "Paid" doesn't help us quickly identify a shipping order that's nearing overdue status vs one that the customer just hasn't shown up to pick up. Would be so much simpler if they were two completely different status options.
