User Schedule Factored into User Prod Reports
It would be nice to somehow incorporate a users schedule in the productivity reports.
An admin could set a users schedule and the productivity reports could reflect off days or not report on them at all.

Listing Targets/Goals by User
Some listers handle products that take more or less time to list than other types of products. As an example, a jewelry lister often can't get through as much volume as a clothing lister. It would be great if an admin could set listing goals by user rather than one goal for all listers.
