Was there any progress towards being able to assign daily numbers to individual users. It's been 8 months or so since I last heard anything about it. It would be really, really nice to simply be able to change the daily goal number to accommodate part-time or category-focused listers.

Kate Pellegrino: Thanks for looking into this again. The main reason I initially made this request wasn't really anything to do with spreadsheets or metrics over long term, just having an easy to see percentage-to-goal on a daily/weekly basis to see if anyone needs any help or additional resources at any given time, and being able to adjust according the each team member's agility.

It looks as if this initial request originated in Nov of 2020. This is something is essential to being able to manage different team members and their tasks effectively. Has there been any developments in making this request a reality?

Jackson Geller: Absolutely, Jackson! Like Kristi, we're working on incentive plans. And as noted in my reply below from 11/2020 we're looking for ways to consider FT vs. PT productivity. Even if we could add typical weekly hours per employee/user would better refine the data.

Yes! We have started an incentive plan for the staff based on weekly production goals and FT or PT hours. Being able to adjust these goals per person would GREATLY benefit our tracking abilities!

Listing Targets/Goals by User

Some listers handle products that take more or less time to list than other types of products. As an example, a jewelry lister often can't get through as much volume as a clothing lister. It would be great if an admin could set listing goals by user rather than one goal for all listers.
