We're currently exploring this functionality and we're looking to put it on our roadmap for 2026!

Our team would really benefit from this too! Right now, store management either writes items down to manifest later or brings them to their office—some of which are located upstairs—to enter on a desktop. It adds time and steps we could avoid. If we could create or access manifests directly on a mobile device or tablet, it’d make the whole process faster and more flexible.
When the totes arrive at our warehouse, we receive and process the merchandise. Due to limited space at our management desks—since our e-commerce management team handles the processing—it’s not always efficient to be tied to a desktop. We print the labels and place them in the totes with the items for our listers, but switching between workstations slows things down. Having manifest access directly from a mobile device—especially with a portable label printer—would really streamline the whole workflow.
Hope this feature would be greatly considered!

Manifesting from Link App

We would like our stores to be able to manifest items from the Link App so they can work on an iPhone or iPad vs a Laptop.

This is an excellent idea!!

Agreed! This would be an amazing feature. The time we lose having to go to a computer to scan a manifest and "accept" or "reject" each item would be so much easier if we could just do it on the app while we list.

Hi Everyone! We're exploring this feature request and would love to get more insight from 2-4 customers on what you're looking for and how it will help your operation. If you're interested in hopping on a 30 min call to discuss further, please send me an email at kate@uprightlabs.com so we can coordinate!

An option to manifest on the iPhone application of Upright Lister while going through contributions and items so you could go through items and bins and carts and totes quicker.

I'd be curious to learn more about this proposed workflow.
Currently, our stores will look for items during their sorting process and place the high values ones into totes. The contents of the tote are then manifested and sent to our eCommerce department. If we go through product ourselves, we'll place it onto a cart, then manifest all items. For us, it seems to be quicker to manifest all items at once as opposed to stopping after each item to type it into the manifest.
Maybe a middle ground? A tablet could pull up the web interface and achieve the goal of being portable while allowing the data entry at the sorting process.

Adam Kragt: At our agency, we do the manifesting when it arrives to the warehouse. The stores do not manifest at all. For our textiles/accessories manifesting, we only log qualifying items. However, one of our team members has mentioned that the process would flow more efficiently if he could manifest on the mobile device while he's going through the items.

I'm also curious if it would help make manifesting easier at the store level. Some of our stores struggle due to not having access to a laptop or computer. An iOS device could potentially make manifesting more accessible!
