Allow notifications (e-mail at a minimum) to be sent when manifest status changes. This would be helpful for suppliers, as well as our team at the warehouse to know when product is ready for pickup, when it's been received, is being processed and is complete.

In fact, the status change notifications could be "subcribed to" so various personnel could receive only the status updates that apply to them.
