I would love to have each employee have the ability to see total current sales, their own production goals vs where they should be, AND the goals of those who do the same job (Listers see all Listers, Shippers see all shippers, etc...) We utilized an incentive program that is based off total sales AND personal weekly goals, so we want to create an atmosphere that promotes friendly competition! But my staff also works in other areas of Ecom, so being able to adjust what they see by the individual and not as a whole, would be ideal! We will soon set up a big screen for the staff to follow real time numbers (kinda like the stock market lol), and the tie in with the logins would just make it even better!

We also have employees who are asking if they can see their posting actual vs. targeted (quotas) to see how they are doing for the day, week, etc. (such as seeing if they are meeting their posting goals) I like the idea of a dashboard where Users can perhaps see just their performance, (and not be allowed to see everyone else if we could set that) but dashboards for managers, etc. could see various performance date that is somewhat customizable, like in the Jewelry example, if they only want to see the Jewelry department sales, etc.

Being able to edit/customize the dashboard for each user would be wonderful. For example, the lead of our Jewelry department would love to have the dashboard widgets just report data for the Jewelry category.

I would love to be able to see the manifest processors numbers by user for the current day, like lister postings. As a processor myself, I feel being able to see these numbers would help me to better reach my daily goals.

This would also be cool to have for managers as well!
