We have an area for pickup order staging once the order is paid for and the items are pulled and placed in the staging area, as we have several customers who will place multiple orders over a week or two before picking up.

It would be helpful to be able to mark those orders that have already been pulled for a customer as ready for pickup or waiting for pickup in the Upright system so that we would know which orders are ready/pulled. We realize we could change the location of each item to a designated pickup shelf/location, but that adds on time for large orders to do each item individually. We think it would be easier to be able to mark the entire order as ready/waiting for pickup in the orders section.
