Sort Shipping Rates by Best Rate (non-alphabetical)

Does your team have the "Auto-Select Best Rate" toggled on? You can find it in your "Inventory, Shipping & Printing" settings. This brings the best rate to the top of the list when shipping the item.

Rachel Smith: You are correct, it does bring the one cheapest rate to the top. Then it goes back to alphabetical order, instead of filtering in price order.
